Emslandmuseum

In the middle of the pedestrian zone you will find, situated on "Burgstraße”, the Emsland Museum Lingen – a regional museum on the history and culture of the town of Lingen (Ems) and southern Emsland. On display is a permanent exhibition that traces the history from the Middle Ages to the Second World War, as well as – in the former coachman's house of Palais Danckelmann – Emsland building and living culture. In addition, visitors will find a wide range of events, lectures and educational programmes.
