With the parents' portal "KiTa-Online Lingen", the town maintains a central online registration system for day-care and nursery places in Lingen.

Around 25 day-care centres under independent and municipal sponsorship offer a wide range of childcare options.

Child day care is a particularly family-friendly, flexible and reliable form of care.

Holiday care

The town of Lingen offers holiday care for primary school children during the Easter, summer and autumn holidays.

Day Care Town Parent Committee

With the Day Care Town Parent Committee, the parents of all children in the day care facilities (crèches, kindergartens, after-school care centres) are afforded a joint representation of interests.
