Citizens' Office

The Citizens' Office acts as a contact point for general matters, for example for the purposes of registration and deregistration, passport and identity card issues or the exemption from radio and television licence fees. Some of the services are also available in the local administrations.

Opening Hours

Monday to Tuesday: 9 am to 4 pm
Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm
Friday: 9 am to 12.30 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 12 pm

Local administrations 

Some of the services are also available in the local administrations in Altenlingen, Baccum, Bramsche, Brögbern, Clusorth-Bramhar, Darme, Holthausen-Biene, Laxten and Schepsdorf.
