Home Supervisory Authority
On the basis of the Lower Saxony Act on Supportive Housing (NuWG = Heimgesetz), the town of Lingen (Ems), as the Home Supervisory Authority, supervises fully inpatient facilities such as senior citizen and nursing homes, day care facilities and supportive housing forms, for example, outpatient residential communities and assisted living.
