Immaterial cultural heritage
A knighthood for the "Kivelinge" and the city of Lingen: In 2018, the "Bürgersöhne-Aufzug zu Lingen – 'Die Kivelinge' von 1372" was included in the nationwide list of immaterial cultural heritage by the German UNESCO commission.
