The town of Lingen (Ems) regularly brings together fans of nature and conservationists at the annual "Plant Exchange Market" and at the Landscape Clean-Up Campaign, which also takes place every year. In the town hall, it also offers comprehensive building energy consulting – this too is a contribution to environmental protection.
